Boise State beats Fresno State
Broncos retain milk can
Boise State beat Fresno State 20-10 on Saturday to extend the Broncos winning streak over the Bulldogs to seven games.
D.J. Harper led the way for the offense, rushing for 122 yards and a TD. Jay Ajayi chipped in 91 yards on the ground. Geraldo Boldewijn caught his first touchdown pass of the year, and third of his career (all of which have been against Fresno State).
Boise State's defense limited the effectiveness of the high-flying Fresno attack, holding the Bulldogs to just 53 yards rushing. Demarcus Lawrence recorded two sacks and forced a fumble, which was recovered by Mike Atkinson.
The Broncos improve to 5-and-1 on the season, and will host UNLV next weekend.
