Bronco offense getting back to basics
The Boise State Broncos are averaging less than 20 points per game this year, despite scoring two defensive touchdowns in their first three contests.
BSU's offense has been the most potent in the nation since 2000, averaging over 41 points per game in that span. The defenses of Michigan State and BYU, however, have held the blue and orange have been held without an offensive touchdown.
After edging out the Cougars, Coach Petersen said his offense would have to go back to the drawing board. The Broncos have converted just half of their red zone possessions into points- and according to Petersen's players, the little things are making a big difference.
