NNU names new Athletic Director
Bill Rapp tapped for A.D. gig
Northwest Nazarene University announced Wednesday afternoon that 1982 alumnus Bill Rapp will become the school's new Athletic Director. Rapp has 30 years of experience in a variety of sports- he was the Tournament Director of the SAP Open and worked with other professional tennis tournaments in the Bay Area. Early in his career, he also managed ticket sales for the San Jose Sharks.
Rapp was a student-athlete during his time at NNU and has ties to the Treasure Valley that extend beyong the university. The new A.D. believes his experience will help him take the Crusaders athletic programs to another level when he takes over October 1.
