A 16-year-old teenager missing from Spokane, Washington has been located in Ohio, according to the Spokane Police Department. The department says Zachary Jones is in Ohio State Patrol custody and they will OSHP will determine what charges he will face in their jurisdiction.
An Amber Alert was issued Monday for Kiera Inman.
Police said she is developmentally delayed and requires medication for a medical issue. Her grandmother had said she left on foot -- but her cell phone tracked her to possibly being in a vehicle.
She left evidence that she left willingly; however, she functions at a diminished capacity and unable to make realistic life choices, according to police.
The teen was traveling with Zachary Jones, 30, from Newport News, Virginia, in a blue 1997 Acura 4-door with Virginia registration VGD6867. Police said Jones has also been located.
