Traffic light problems in Canyon County near the Karcher Marketplace shopping center is causing major congestion for holiday shoppers.
Nampa Police are aware of the problems with the traffic light cycles near the Nampa Marketplace Shopping Center on Marketplace Blvd and Midland along the Karcher Bypass to I84 Exit 33.
Police said the problem with the traffic lights may be partially due to the cold weather.
Officials say the problems might not get fixed until Monday.
