The suspect accused of killing Sierra Bush is heading back to face charges in Idaho, says Ada County Prosecuting Attorney.
The prosecuting attorney says Bruce Marchant’s request for a writ of habeas corpus was denied today by a New York Supreme Court Judge, clearing the way for his extradition to Idaho to face charges for the Murder, Kidnap, and Rape of Sierra Bush.
The extradition process is expected to happen in the coming weeks.
