Bargain hunters aren’t waiting until after Thanksgiving dinner to line up for savings in Boise.   Campers are already out waiting for their chance to snag deals.

Those deals seemingly come earlier and earlier each year.  Some might say “Black Friday” is on its way out and “Orange Thursday” is on its way in.

"Orange is the new black, so...” opined one shopper camped outside a Boise retailer today.

Even today’s blast of winter weather wasn’t enough to deter people visiting for the holidays.

"I'm from southern California, he's from Florida and we are not used to this.  We have a bunch of blankets and pillows and more people are bringing us blankets and we're just calling everyone we can to bring us blankets until tomorrow," said another camper.

The National Retail Federation estimates 136 million people will shop at some point by the end of the weekend.  Though, unlike our campers in Boise, nearly half will skip the lines, the crowd and the cold and just shop online.
