A stretch of Highway 95 north of Council, Idaho was shut down for five and a half hours after a semi carrying explosive powder rolled over.
A Colorado man was driving a 2015 Peterbilt semi-tractor pulling a flatbed trailer with a shipping container at approximately 8:50 a.m. Monday.
As the vehicle went around a corner the trailer went off the road partly into the barrow pit and tipped, coming to rest at an angle.
No injuries were reported following the crash.
ISP is still investigating.
