Willson signed autographs, posters, and t-shirts and spoke to students to help promote healthy eating and activities.

The event was put on by United Dairymen of Idaho and the Idaho Dairy Council.

"Just important that kid’s get still get out and play and move around. When you’re a young kid your body’s got to develop and I think everybody knows that running around and playing and having fun,” Willson explained.  “I think today the way the food industry the way it is it’s important to make healthy choices. There’s a lot of unhealthy choices out there and the more knowledgeable kids can get at a young age the better it is for them."
