Crime Stoppers of Southwest Idaho is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in the burglary of a local business.

About 6 a.m. last Saturday, police say a man broke into a closed business in the 600 block of South Vista Avenue in Boise.

Reports say the man stole money from the register and beverages from a cooler. He was caught on a store surveillance camera and, at one point, looked directly into the camera. In the video, he is wearing what look like latex gloves and appeared to be carrying a satchel. Officials say he placed the money from the register into the satchel.

Anyone with information on the crime or the identity of the suspect is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS (2677), www.343COPS.com[343cops.com], or leave a tip using the “P3 Tips” app for your mobile device.
