A victim that was stabbed in Nampa and later died at a local hospital has been identified by the Nampa Police Department.
30-year-old Robert L. Stevens was stabbed on March 10th, 2016 at a residence located in the 800 block of W. Kinghorn Drive in Nampa.
Stevens was transported to a local hospital following the incident but died from his injuries in the early morning hours of March 11th.
“At this time we believe this to be an isolated incident. We continue to follow up on leads and we request continued support from the public to solve this case,” said Detective Sgt. Don Peck.
27-year-old Ashley Ford has been identified as a person of interest in the case.
Ford is believed to have fled the incident with a white male with short brown hair and possibly wearing glasses.
Police are asking anyone with information about this case to call the Nampa Police Department at 465-2257 or Crimestoppers at 343-COPS.
