The accident happened about 7:50 Tuesday morning in an eastbound lane at milepost 3 on the Connector, near Curtis and Orchard Roads.

Boise Police officers and Idaho State Police troopers responded to the scene.

Crews shut down two eastbound lanes of the Connector.

Morning commute traffic going into downtown Boise was backed up to almost the Flying Wye, said an Ada County dispatch supervisor.

The lanes were re-opened about an hour later.
