Recently-filed court documents show school officials found evidence of misconduct during an investigation into a sexual assault of a black football player in Dietrich.

The Times-News reports that the heavily redacted documents outlining the Dietrich School District's investigation wouldn't typically be made public. However, the victim's attorneys say they filed the documents as part of a request that a federal judge force the school to hand over the non-redacted reports.

According to the new documents, officials found evidence of bullying, sexual harassment and sexual assault among students.

Prosecutors say a teen was sexually assaulted with a clothes hanger in the Oct. 22 attack at Dietrich High School in southern Idaho.

Three football players have since been charged in connection with the attack and the victim's family has filed a $10 million civil lawsuit against the school.
