The Mountain Home Country Music festival kicks off Friday with three days of the best country acts in the business.

The stage is up, and the V.I.P. passes are sold out, but there are still plenty of other tickets available.

Promoters expect about 15,000 fans to pack the field to hear the likes of Keith Urban, Luke Bryan and Chris Stapleton.

This year there are fewer restrictions on alcohol. Organizers say alcohol will be allowed outside beer gardens.

The Mountain Home Country Music Festival is in its third year.

It is held just 30 minutes east of Mountain Home.

This year, 20 performers will take the stage over three days.
