On Saturday, November 26th, around noon, a female victim says a man forced her to take an unknown substance then forced himself on her behind a home on Fox Lane in Boise.
Boise Police began an investigation and located evidence that led them to identify the suspect, a 37-year-old, Jesus Salvador Ramos.
He was taken into custody and booked into Ada County jail on a felony charge of rape.
According to the police, the suspect and the victim do not know each other. The investigation is ongoing.
