Five days after shootings began, Star sheep killings remain a mystery

The Ada County Sheriff's Office and Star Police search for suspect(s) in a series of sheep killings that occurred last week in a pasture on the 7600 block of North Star Rd.
Police say one sheep was shot in the head last Monday night and two more were shot and killed on the same property at close range Thursday night.
A group of children raised the livestock for a local 4H program.
Authorities have little information as they try and piece together these crimes. If you can help in this case, you are urged to call the Ada County Sheriff's Office.
