Nampa Police search for driver in hit-and-run
NAMPA, Idaho (AP) -- Police in the southwestern Idaho city of Nampa are searching for the driver in a hit and run accident that left a person riding a scooter with serious injuries.
Nampa Police Department officials say the crash happened Saturday night when a white passenger car made a left turn in front of the scooter, resulting in the crash. The person on the scooter was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.
Sgt. Matt Pavelek says anyone with information about the crash is asked to call the police department.
