Lewiston student faces second rape charge
In Ketchum, Idaho- 18-year-old Mark Allen Karlovich was arrested for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
He was out on a $3000 bond from a earlier rape case involving a different 14-year-old girl.
Karlovich has been enrolled as a senior at Wood River High School. It is not clear if he is still a student at the school, the school district has not released any information.
