Police investigate Marsing homicide
Investigators from the Idaho State Police and Owyhee County Sheriff's Office say a woman whose death was initially ruled as accidental – was actually the victim of a homicide.
On April 4 of last year, Trina Bibbey, 35, was found dead in her Marsing home. Police say evidence collected during the investigation now lead detectives to believe that Bibbey was murdered.
“Investigators assigned to the case have developed a number of leads in the case and are working with the Owyhee County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and other agencies to follow-up on new leads and evidence,” said Idaho State Police Public Information Officer Theresa Baker.
Investigators are asking for any person who might have information relating to Trina Bibbey and her death to please contact the Idaho State Police at 208-846-7550.
