Former Burley vice principal denies sex charges
BURLEY, Idaho (AP) -- A former Burley High School vice principal has pleaded not guilty to seven child sex charges.
Tara Leigh Bagley was arraigned Tuesday in 5th District Court in Cassia County. Her trial is set for April 17.
Bagley was charged in December with seven felony counts of sexual battery committed by lewd or lascivious acts on a child 16 to 17 years old for allegedly having sexual contact with two female students.
