Oregon Dept. of Transportaion (Eastern Oregon): I-84 Westbound is closed at MP 265 in La Grande due to a crash near MP 250, 10 miles west of La Grande. A winter storm in the area has brought new snow and created challenging driving conditions. The Eastbound lanes are open. All travelers are reminded to drive with extra caution and be prepared for winter conditions.
