Swimming with sharks at the Idaho Aquarium
Our own Spencer Blake jumped right in when the Idaho Aquarium gave him the chance to mingle with the ocean's most-feared beasts. Marine biologists Stephanie Leonard and Nathan Hall walked him (and swam him) through each step
Although he was up-close and personal with lemon sharks, leopard sharks, and a bonnet shark, he was never in danger. Marine biologists keep the fish well-fed, so they have no need or desire to go hunting. Scuba diver Heidi Peterson provided us with some great underwater video!
