Hayden man slaps toddler during flight
A Hayden man is facing federal charges for slapping a toddler during a flight. According to court papers Hundley used a racial slur then assaulted the toddler.
Minnesota mom Jessica Bennett was on the flight with her two year old son Jonah. And claims the man next to her, Hundley, was drinking and become increasingly belligerent. Jonah started to cry when the altitude changed and Bennett demanded the boy was silenced.
Sixty one year old Joe Ricky Hundley has been suspended from his job as President of Unitech Composites and Structures; a manufacturer of products for aerospace, transportation, and military use. He faces federal assault charges for slapping a child across the face on a Delta Airline flight from Minneapolis to Atlanta on February 8th.
