50 small dogs arrive by plane to Idaho Humane Society
The Idaho Humane Society is expecting over 50 small breed dogs to arrive by airplane from across the country.
Volunteer pilots fly homeless dogs from areas where they struggle to find homes to shelters where small dogs are in high demand.
The dogs range from Chihuahuas to Dachshunds. They will be available for adoption this week. More than 200 transferred dogs have found homes in the Treasure Valley this year.
