Former Olympic gymnast to attend 35th Annual Simplot Games
Olympic gymnast and four-time gold and two-time silver medalist Olga Korbut will be among the former Olympians attending the 35th Annual Simplot Games in eastern IIdaho this year.
The premier high school track-and-field event draws competitors from across the nation.
Idaho Power is continuing its 17-year tradition of supporting the Simplot Games through sponsorship and employee volunteers. The Games take place Feb. 14-16 at Idaho State University in Pocatello.
Russian-born Korbut won the medals in the Summer Olympic Games in 1972 and 1976.
