Nampa psychotherapist arrested for sex with patient
NAMPA, Idaho (AP) -- A Nampa psychotherapist was arrested over the weekend by police investigating an allegation that he had sex with a patient.
Police arrested 36-year-old Mark Wiseman on Saturday on suspicion of sexual exploitation by a medical care provider Under Idaho law, any medical care provider who engages in sexual contact with a patient or client, regardless of consent, is guilty of sexual exploitation.
Detectives are now investigating if there are any more victims.
