Plane crash temporarily closes Boise airport
The Boise Airport is unable to allow flight to take off or land at this time due to an incident with a small private aircraft. The aircraft is currently blocking the only runway operational because of the fog.
At approximately 7:30 p.m., the airport was notified a general aviation aircraft missed the runway on landing, The two passengers on board did not require transport to the hospital. The airport is temporarily closed due to the proximity of the damaged aircraft. Once the aircraft is moved, the Boise Airport will resume normal operations.
