Boise Police report that Hunter Young, 17, has been located and is safe.

Since this past weekend, Boise Police and the family of Hunter Young started searching for clues in his disappearance after he failed to show up for a hunting trip in Emmett Saturday morning.

Hunter was last seen Friday night on January 18th. His phone was found at the Circle K in Connell, Washington a city of about 5,000 people and a 45-minute drive north of the Tri-Cities.

According to Hunter's family, his father David Young traveled to Connell to find his son. Along with the Franklin County Sheriff, David was able to go back through the surveillance video at the Circle K in Connell. Hunter was seen in the store's surveillance footage at approximately 9:30 a.m. Saturday morning.

A search of Hunter's phone showed a map to Priest Lake in North Idaho, however Krista Young, Hunter's mother, says her son does not know anyone in Connell or Priest Lake.

There is no evidence foul play involved in his disappearance. Because Hunter is a juvenile, no other information is available for release at this time from the Boise Police Department.
