Sneak peek at the new Dave and Buster's in Boise!
Dave and Buster’s grand opening party kicks off with a bang. The newest entertainment center in Boise pulled out all of the stops for its VIP reception Friday night.
Around 1,000 people were expected at the venue, which features a large arcade center, sports bar and bowling alley. The VIP grand opening party’s ticket sales also went to three charities in the Treasure Valley. Ticket holders got to choose to donate to Life’s Kitchen, Idaho Humane Society or Special Olympics.
D&B’s President and COO Dolf Berle was also pumped up, wearing Dave and Buster’s signature blue and orange. He said the new location in Boise is the only D&B's around the country, featuring a big sports bar with huge HD TV's and all kinds of drinks.
The Boise General Manager Derek Robinson said the center hired almost 200 jobs locally. The new Dave and Buster’s is located at 546 N. Milwaukee St. in Boise. It will officially be open to the public starting Saturday at 11 a.m. until 2 a.m.
