Boise Police were called to a disturbance on West Morris Hill Road early Monday morning, Jan. 7, around 2:40 a.m.

"When officers arrived they located Alison Drinkall outside wearing little clothing," said Charles McClure with Boise Police. "The suspect's behavior was unusual and at one point, the suspect kicked an officer repeatedly in the leg. Officers located Larry Beeton, who also appeared to be under the influence of a mind altering substance, standing outside the residence."

As police investigated, they were given consent to search the home and recovered "a small amount of meth and drug paraphernalia inside the home within reach of four children ranging in age from under 15 years old down to 18 months of age," said McClure.

The children were declared to be in imminent danger and were taken from the suspects. They are currently in the custody of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.

Beeton, 42 of Boise, was arrested on a felony charge of injury to a child, felony possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Drinkall, 35 of Boise, was arrested for felony injury to a child, felony possession of a controlled substance (meth), felony battery on an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.
