Ada County man faces child pornography charge
BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- A 22-year-old southwest Idaho man who police say had images of child pornography at his Meridian home faces a charge of felony exploitation of a child.
The Idaho Statesman reports that Jordan Thomas Bolton was taken into custody Monday. Jail records list Bolton as having an address in Florida, where he goes to college.
Meridian police say they started investigating last summer after getting a tip from the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Police say that in July they found images inside Bolton's home, and the investigation was sent to Ada County prosecutors. An arrest warrant was issued Dec. 22.
