Boise Police were called to a report of a collision at Five Mile and Excaliber Sunday afternoon, Jan. 6, around 3:00 p.m.
"Witnesses tell police the suspect was driving Northbound on Five Mile near Excaliber when, according to witnesses, he appeared to intentionally swerve into the oncoming lane of traffic and struck the victim's vehicle head on," said Charles McClure with the Boise Police.
