Blackfoot man taken to hospital after 2-vehicle crash on US 26
Thursday, Idaho State Police were called to a two vehicle crash on US 26 at milepost 297, near Blackfoot, Idaho.
Jan. 3 around 9:30 am, "James Miller, 52, of Herriman, Utah, was driving west on US 26 in a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 pickup. Mark Bynum, 52, of Blackfoot, driving a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500, was attempting a left hand turn out of a residence onto US 26," said ISP. "Bynum did not yield to Miller's vehicle and was struck on the driver's side."
According to Idaho State Police, Bynum was not wearing his seatbelt and was ejected from his vehicle. Bynum was taken by air ambulance to to Portneuf Regional Medical Center in Pocatello. Miller was wearing a seatbelt and was not taken to the hospital.
