Rob Hall's sentencing postponed to later this winter
Rob Hall, the man convicted of killing his wife's boss in a Walgreens parking lot, will not be sentenced Thursday, as previously planned. According to the Idaho Statesman, Hall will be sentenced later this winter.
"Hall’s sentencing hearing on second degree murder and gun charges has been delayed so prosecutors can spend more time examining a recently completed mental health evaluation which determined Hall is suffering from depression and would be a low risk to re-offend if ever released back into society," said Patrick Orr with the Idaho Statesman.
Hall followed his wife, Kandi Hall, and her boss Emmett Corrigan to a Walgreens parking lot in Boise March 11, 2011 because he suspected they were having an affair (which turned out to be true). He was convicted of Second Degree Murder for shooting Corrigan in that parking lot.
