The 2012 $1,000,000 Raffle has sold all 250,000 tickets, and will be announced tonight on Fox 9 and Today's 6 at 6 p.m.

“This year in particular, there has been a lot of interest in the Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle around Idaho and tonight, we will take the first step toward finding out who our lucky winners are,” said Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery Director. “We strongly encourage all our players to sign the back of their raffle ticket prior to tonight’s draw. These tickets are bearer instruments and we want to ensure each player protects their prize.”

Besides the top prize, more than 4,400 people will also win prizes that include four $10,000 prizes, fifty $1,000 prizes, one thousand $100 prizes, one thousand $50 prizes, and twenty-four hundred $25 prizes in this year’s game," said David Workman with the Idaho Lottery.

“The $1,000,000 prize, the four $10,000 prizes, and the fifty $1,000 prizes must be claimed at the Lottery offices in Boise,” added Anderson.

The Idaho Lottery will post the winning numbers to their website (idaholottery.com) and release the winning numbers for the $1,000,000 prize and the four $10,000 prizes via Facebook (facebook.com/idaholottery) and Twitter (@idaholottery).

"This year’s Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle game began sales on October 31, 2012 and sold out on December 29, 2012," said Workman. "About 25% of the entire game sold in the final eight days of sales. With the game being a sell-out, the Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle generated $800,000 in dividend revenue to benefit Idaho public schools and the permanent building fund."
