Police looking for information on Pocatello hit-and-run
Idaho State Police are looking for the public's help regarding a crash that occurred westbound on Interstate 86 at milepost 62 on Jan. 1 just before 3 p.m.
"A Cadillac was travelling from southbound Interstate 15 to westbound Interstate 86," said ISP. "At the same time a 1999 Chevrolet Blazer was travelling from northbound Interstate15 to westbound Interstate 86. The Cadillac travelled into the lane occupied by the Chevrolet Blazer and collided with the Blazer. The Blazer rolled and came to rest on its roof, while the Cadillac left the scene."
According to the Idaho State Police, the Cadillac sustained "heavy damage" on the driver's side and front end of the car. They believe it is a White 2-door model with Utah license plates that start with either A68, 638 or A38. This vehicle is also believed to have been involved in a reckless driving incident on New Year's Eve that involved brandishing a weapon.
