Boise Police looking for missing, possibly endangered woman

Boise Police are asking the public's help in locating a missing endangered person. According to police, the Boise woman has a medical condition that may have left her disoriented and confused. The woman does not appear to have the proper clothing for the current weather conditions and does not have her medications with her.

Janet Garrett, 41 of Boise, was last seen at her home near North 29th and Good Streets yesterday, Dec. 20, around 3:30 p.m. Officers have been searching, but so far, have been unable to locate her.

"Janett Garrett is 5 4, 200 lbs, with brown hair (a little longer than in the photo but similar) and blue eyes," said Charles McClure with the Boise Police Department. "She was last seen wearing a red Christmas design sweatshirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. She left without a coat, a phone, identification or her medications. She has a medical condition that may cause disorientation and confusion."
