Dynamis report released, investigator finds no "criminal conduct"
The Bannock County prosecutor has released their report into the investigation of Dynamis and have found "no criminal conduct occurred."
In a 6,000 page report released Thursday, Verna Kessler, who was hired by the Ada County Sheriff's Office found that there were some "troubling references to some conduct by the Ada County Commission but nothing rising to the level of criminal conduct."
"It is not settled law in Idaho that those types of meetings are unlawful," said the report. "Some but not all actions taken by the Commission as a whole and individually were taken on the advice of legal counsel."
According to Bannock County prosecuting attorney Mark Hiedeman, this report will settle the lawsuit filed by the Idaho Citizens for a Safe Environment and a Transparent Government.
