Man arrested in wife's fatal stabbing in N. Idaho
SANDPOINT, Idaho (AP) -- A north Idaho man accused of fatally stabbing his pregnant wife has been arrested and is being held on $1 million bail.
Authorities say the man called 911 to report the death Tuesday night.
The Spokane Spokesman-Review reports that when Priest River police reached the home they found 27-year-old Jennifer Swanson dead.
Jeremy Swanson was booked into the Bonner County Jail for investigation of first-degree murder.
