BLM already hiring for 2013 fire season
The Bureau of Land Management Twin Falls District Fire and Aviation Program has already begun the process for hiring temporary seasonal firefighters and support staff for the summer of 2013.
According to BLM, applications for employment with the organization for the summer of 2013 will be accepted now through Jan. 29, 2013, for most jobs. Please read the announcements carefully for any early consideration dates.

"Applications are being accepted for positions in the suppression, prevention, fuels, aviation and dispatch programs," said Heather Tier-Nelson with BLM. "Applicants must be 18 years old by the first day of hire, be a U.S. citizen and have a high school diploma or GED. BLM fire jobs offer excellent summer earnings; possible continuous summer employment based on performance; annual and sick leave benefits; and travel to other districts or states."
