Boise residents arrested after police find feces, diapers and rotting food in home with three children
On Nov. 9 of this year, Boise Police were called to a home on the Boise bench for a report of "dangerous conditions."
"On that date Boise Police assisted agents from the Idaho State Department of Health and Welfare on a welfare check of the home," said Charles McClure with the Boise Police Department. "Representatives from Health and Welfare tell police they had received a call from a citizen about dangerous conditions at the home with three small children, including an infant."
The power and heat had been turned off and police found animal feces, soiled diapers and rotting food in the home. The children in the home were declared to be in imminent danger and custody was given to the Department of Health and Welfare. Monday, Dec. 10, the adults in the home were arrested.
Deric J. Stellman, 31 of Boise, and Crystal L. Terry, 32 of Boise, was arrested for Felony Injury to a Child.
