Buy Idaho Holiday Market set for tonight
Buy Idaho will host a Holiday Market in the 8th Street Marketplace Building at BODO from 4 pm to 9 pm Thursday. As part of downtown Boise’s First Thursday festivities, the Buy Idaho Holiday Market will feature 25 Buy Idaho members showcasing their products and services. The Market provides an opportunity to purchase holiday gifts while supporting Idaho businesses.
The BODO shopping area will be filled with a number of businesses hosting open houses and special events.
Saroli Chocolat will be celebrating a grand opening and ribbon cutting and Cherished Images Fine Art Portrait Photography will be offering holiday portraits, raffle prizes from local vendors and an artisan boutique. Donations will be accepted for photos to benefit the Idaho Rescue Mission.
“We invite shoppers to take advantage of this opportunity to ‘Think Idaho First’ for their holiday gift giving this year,” said Sandy Anderson, Executive Director of Buy Idaho. “We have a great variety of jewelry, specialty foods, books, floral, artwork, candles, beauty and pet supplies. You can find something for everyone on your shopping list!”
For 26 years, Buy Idaho has worked on behalf of its members to provide networking platforms and promote the Buy Idaho message.
When shoppers support Idaho businesses, it keeps dollars in the state. This money is then reinvested in other Idaho businesses, services.
Buy Idaho is a non-profit, member based organization with over 1100 members statewide. The Buy Idaho showroom is located in BODO in downtown Boise.
