Boise man arrested after police see him being chased down the street
Boise Police on patrol observed a man being chased by multiple persons on foot near Franklin and Curtis Saturday afternoon, Dec. 1, around noon.
"Officers detained all four persons involved and began an investigation into the incident," said Boise Police. "Officers determined the suspect, who was the person being chased, had been at a party the previous night and the persons chasing him indicated the suspect had stolen items from them after the party."
The victims told police they had confronted the man about the theft when he took off. Officers located some of the stolen items on the suspect, as well as 9 grams of marijuana, and found more behind some bushes.
Napoleon J. St. Clair, 25 of Boise, was Felony Burglary, Felony Probation Violation and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana).
