26-year-old Boise motorcyclist dies in crash on I-84 Saturday morning

Dec 1, just before 6:20 a.m., Idaho State Police were called to a crash involving a passenger car and a motorcycle.

Micah Tonn, 26 of Boise, was eastbound on Interstate 84 just past the Eagle Road on ramp on a motorcycle, while Shandi Cotner, 27 of Payette, was driving eastbound

Cotner's car struck Tonn's motorcycle from the rear. Cotner was transported by ground ambulance to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center. Tonn was pronounced dead at the scene from injuries sustained in the crash.
