Sun Valley resident falls from ski lift, dies
KETCHUM, Idaho (AP) -- A part-time Sun Valley resident has died after falling off a chairlift at the Sun Valley ski resort.
Blaine County Sheriff Gene Ramsey says 56-year-old Dana Mower was pronounced dead shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday at St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center in Ketchum.
Ramsey said from witness accounts it appeared that Mower had a heart attack before falling from the chairlift on Bald Mountain. He was riding alone. The coroner's office says the cause of death had not been determined Thursday.
Ramsey said Mower also had a residence in Seattle.
