Three injured, including 10-year-old boy, when car hits dead deer near Gooding
On Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, just before 11 p.m., Idaho State Police were called to a one-vehicle roll over crash westbound I84 at milepost 150, in Gooding County.
According to ISP, Judy Randles, 53 of Boise, was driving west on Interstate 84 when the vehicle struck a dead deer in the roadway. Randles lost control of the vehicle and swerved off the north shoulder of the roadway, and rolled, landing on its top. Randles and her passengers, Robert Eglinton, 31 of Kuna, and Tyler Eglinton, 10 of Kuna, were transported by ambulance to North Canyon Medical Center in Gooding. Randles and Tyler Eglinton were wearing seat belts. Robert Eglinton was not wearing a seat belt.
The right lane of the westbound I84 was blocked for approximately one and a half hours.
