Two injured fleeing from Eastern Idaho officers
Idaho State Police say two people had to be hospitalized Sunday morning in eastern Idaho after fleeing from Fort Hall Police Department officers in a vehicle that had been reported stolen.
Police say 32-year-old Tazzie J. Edmo of Pocatello fled from police in a 2003 Honda Accord but crashed at an intersection in Fort Hall at about 3:45 a.m. Police say she was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected when the vehicle rolled. She was flown by helicopter to Portneuf Medical Center.
Police say 31-year-old Jonathan J. Ish of Fort Hall was a passenger and was taken by ground ambulance to Bingham Memorial Hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
