Boise Police find man with more than 28 pounds of pot in hotel room
Boise Police were called to a motel in the area near the Boise Airport Tuesday night, Nov. 20th just before 9:45 p.m.on a call of indecent exposure.
"When officers arrived, a citizen met them in the lobby and complained that during a conversation the suspect, he displayed to her a picture of his genitals on his cell phone and she wished to press charges," said Charles McClure with the Boise Police Department.
Officers located the man in a motel room. While speaking with the suspect, officers could smell the strong odor of marijuana in the room.
They searched the room and found two dufflebags containing 25 packages of around 28.5 pounds of marijuana.
Jeffery B. Ash, 54 of Fayetteville, AR, was arrested for Felony Trafficking Marijuana and Indecent Exposure.
