Update: Missing senior has been found
The Boise Police Department has been notified that 71 year old Clarence Owsley has been found safe. He is currently in the custody of the Humbolt County Sheriffs Office in Nevada and is waiting for his family to pick him up. Boise Police entered him into a national crime information computer which is how Humbolt County officials knew he was missing.
Details as to how Mr. Owsley ended up in Nevada have not yet been released.
