Garden City Police searching for missing man
Garden City Police need the public's help in locationing a man who has been missing since last Thursday.
Richard Bill Patton, 45, of Garden City was reported missing by family. He was last seen on Thursday, November 8, 2012 riding his bicycle near his home at 52nd and Quinella Streets.
Family members and police officers believe that Mr. Patton may be depressed and may be a harm to himself.
"We stress that Mr. Patton is not wanted person but rather a person who may be in need of assistance Cris Anjelkovich said".
Richard Patton is a male caucasian, 5'6", 155lbs, with blue eyes and brown hair.
